Wow - $2.98 a lb? Sign me up!! Up here in Chicagoland it's selling for almost $4 a lb.The only idea I can come up with is to see if you can find some northern butchers that are willing to ship the meat via next day service (in a cold storage container, of course). It'll be expensive but if you can't find Lamb there in the Dallas area, that may be your only option.
