Wow, that's kind of a tough question. I've never heard of pork sirloin, but we cook with pork tenderloin all the time, so I imagine it is a good pork steak. We usually cut a tenderloin into 2 inch medalions then marinade it and then grill it. This is really wonderful...about 5 min. on each side. If you really want to bake them, I would follow your instincts and add the ingredients you listed, but you probably want to add some liquid, like chicken broth or veg. broth. Cook 30-45 minutes, at 350, then check one for done-ness. It should not be pink in the middle.
