Easy Chicken Lasagna8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 pound cooked chicken chunks
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces mushrooms, optional
1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, saute chicken, onion, and mushrooms. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil. In a 2-quart buttered baking dish (about 11x7x2-inches), layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 6 to 8.

It needs to be cooked. There is too much other stuff going on to not have it cooked. I have a chicken enchilada recipe thats similar..it needs to be cooked, or canned (but thats yucky).By the way this recipe looks delightful! I may have to make it myself this weekend.

I couldnt find one with stove top this is the closest I could get....chicken lasagna
INGREDIENTS
9 lasagna noodles
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/3 cup sliced black olives
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chopped onions, cottage cheese, sour cream, poultry seasoning, oregano, basil, grated Parmesan cheese, and chicken. If desired, add olives.
In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the chicken sauce, grated Colby cheese, 3 lasagna noodles, remaining chicken sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, and finally grated mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil, and continue baking for 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
