i make indian style "pizza" i just buy naan ,and mix up some saag paneer ,or red pepper/humus dip,or even some sambal oelek with a little ricotta mixed with mint and garlic or all 3 if i'm feeling ambitious cover the naan just as you would a pizza place in a 350' oven for 10-15 mins.cut into squares or wedges and serve delicious ,creative and easy to make and serve
