mexican dip recipe?We Answered:
this one is real simple. It tastes great.1 can a cream of mushroom
1 can a cream of chicken
1 can of enchilada sauce
oregano to taste
cilantro to taste
garlic to taste
onion to taste
1 package of mexiacan velveta cheese
1 package of pepperjack velveta cheese
(if you want to be more authentic try actual pepper jack cheese, cheddar, some colby)
then stir fry some ground beef with some garlic, onion, adobo, and cilantro.
this makes a great dip, good for appetizers or for more of a main course dish. Just mix all the ingredients to gether, save for the meat, until they melt and blend together (remember to stir) then add in the sauteed meat. A real plus is that it doesent take long to make.
