Does anyone have a good recipe that has shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, pasta, etc?We Answered:
Farfalle with Shrimp, Broccoli, and Sun-dried Tomatoes1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed without oil
1/2 cup boiling water
3 cups uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta)
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
Cooking spray
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Place tomatoes and boiling water in a bowl. Cover and let stand 30 minutes or until tender; drain and chop.
While tomatoes steep, cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain.
Steam broccoli, covered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Set aside.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add garlic to pan; sauté 30 seconds. Add shrimp; cook 4 minutes. Add broth and cream cheese, stirring to combine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, broccoli, and basil; stir well. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, Parmesan cheese, and juice. Serve immediately.

did you check this?http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=nav…
But I would make like this:
1 cup uncooked Bowtie
1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 can aspargus rinsed and drained
1 large garlic clove, finely minced
3 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup thinly-sliced fresh basil
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese.
Cook the pasta - salted water until al dente, usually about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in skillet , add the aspargus and garlic. Cook, stirring, until aspargus are heated about 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
Add tomatoes, olives, basil, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Place pasta on plate, and top with sauce and grated cheese.

I am making a recipe with Asparagus...?We Answered:
If you want to have your asparagus tender and moist you may first want to cut off the white part at the end. This white part contains lignen, a plant fiber that makes the plant very tough and strong so it can stand up strait out of the ground... like asparagus dose. If you cut this part off and then cook it, you will have less fiber in your asparagus, but more tender asparagus.I would not boil the asparagus because if you cook it that way you will get rid of the water soluble B-vitamins that are in asparagus. Folate (vitamin B-9) is extremely high in asparagus, so you do not want to boil them. The I always just saute them for a couple minutes in a large pan with some extra virgin olive oil until they are tender. You could steam them too.... but i like to saute them.
