Chicken Asparagus Pasta Recipe

Chicken Asparagus Pasta Recipe

Jeff Said:

Any good recipe ideas using some or all of these ingredients?

We Answered:

Cook the peppers and asparagus together as a side dish.
Make a nice sauce out of the tomatoes, garlic and basil, cook up the chicken breast in some garlic and olive oil, when done plate it up with the chicken breast, a slice of mozzarella on top with the sauce spooned over that (you can do it on a bed of pasta), serve the peppers and asparagus as a side, I would steam the asparagus, toss it with the peppers, drizzle some garlic infused olive oil over it.

Dice up the mushroom and add to the tomato sauce, or brush some garlic and olive oil on them and grill, YUMMO!

This is awesome......

Just put your asparagus on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and some garlic powder. Bake it at 425 for about 20 mins. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan.

What is your recipe for Lemon Chicken?

We Answered:

Sooo easy - just that extra squirt of fresh juice just before serving your own favorite recipe! My easy easy own recipe - fresh chicken breast - clean and still moist from the rinse - dredge in Bisquick - brown/cook on med low temp in olive oil and butter (tbl of each) after nice and golden on each side and cooked almost thru - splash in a nice slug of Sauv Blanc - let simmer and the wine cook off - plate and finish with a health squeeze of lemon - I call it BFC.....kinda like KFC but this is the Best F.....kin Chicken you've ever tasted!
