We Answered:

elbow mac
1/2 c condensed sweetened milk (it's my secret)
enough mayo to make it as creamy as you like
T of mustard powder
your favorite tiny chopped veggies (colorful bell peppers, celery, carrots, onion, zucchini, cukes, whatever you like)
salt and pepper to taste

cook elbow mac. Immediately rinse it under cold water for a few minutes, then mix in all other ingredients and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Then mix again and enjoy!!

1 package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 medium chopped green onions (1/4 cup)
1 medium celery stalk, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
3 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

1. Fill large saucepan 2/3 full of water. Heat to boiling. Stir in contents of Pasta-Vegetable pouch. Gently boil uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

2. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.

3. Stir together Seasoning mix, mayonnaise, mustard, onions and celery in large bowl. Stir in pasta and eggs until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

1 package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 teaspoons milk
1 can (5 to 6 3/4 ounces) chunk chicken or tuna, drained
1 cup bite-size pieces snow (Chinese) pea pods or snap pea pods
Tomato wedge

1. Fill 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of water. Heat to boiling. Add contents of Pasta-Vegetable pouch to boiling water. Gently boil about 12 minutes or until pasta is tender; drain. Rinse with cold water until chilled; drain.
2. Stir together Seasoning mix, mayonnaise and milk in large bowl. Stir in pasta-vegetable mixture. Stir in chicken and pea pods. Toss with Croutons and Parmesan topping.
3. Spread salad onto serving platter. Place tomato wedges around salad. Refrigerate any remaining salad.

1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

PASTA SALAD

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups broccoli florets
1 stalk celery thinly sliced
2 green onions sliced
1/4 cucumber sliced
2 tbsp. fresh parsley

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika and salt
8 cherry tomatoes optional

Cook pasta adding broccoli during last 4 minutes, drain. Rinse with cold water to cool, drain well.
In a large bowl combine pasta with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley.
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt, mix well. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat well. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving add tomatoes and toss gently.

Macaroni Salad for a Crowd

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) package
uncooked macaroni
8 hard-cooked eggs, grated
1 (6 ounce) can black olives,
drained and chopped
1 medium red onion, finely
chopped
1 (10 ounce) jar dill pickle relish, partially drained
1 tablespoon prepared yellow
mustard, or to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or as
needed
salt and black pepper to taste
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
paprika to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place macaroni in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta, grated eggs, olives, onion, and relish with some of the liquid. Mix in mustard and mayonnaise, increasing the amount of mayonnaise as desired. Season with salt and pepper. Top with sliced eggs, and sprinkle with paprika to serve.

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in the onion, celery, green pepper, carrot, pimentos and macaroni. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.

2 cups macaroni
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped

1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water, and drain.

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

Chicken-Avocado Pasta Salad

2 1/2 cups dry bow tie pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup diced red bell peppers
1 cup diced yellow bell peppers or orange bell pepper
8 spring onions, sliced thin
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 granny smith apples, chopped small
3/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 medium ripe avocados, peeled pitted and chopped small

Cook pasta in boiling water utnil done, around 8-10 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Drain well.
Drizzle olive oil over pasta and toss.
Mix in the chicken, peppers, onions, celery, apple and almonds.
Toss well.
In a medium bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, paprika and cumin.
Toss with the pasta mixture.
Gently fold in the avocado and serve.

Both recipes are a kind of eyeball recipes...

Tri-colored rotini pasta-cooked and drained
ranch dressing
italian dressing-or a balsamic vinigarette
sliced black olives
kidney beans
garbanzo beans
chopped red onion

Mix the ranch and italian dressing, about 2/3 ranch to 1/3 italian. Mix with the pasta and other ingredients. Cover and refridgerate about 30-60 minutes, Enjoy.

Another good pasta salad is this:

1/4-1/2 box orzo pasta boiled and drianed
1-2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
frozen corn, thawed
feta cheese
chopped red onions (about 1/2 or 1/4 depending on size and how much you like onions)
italian dressing

Add evrything to what you think looks good. Cover and let it sit int eh fridge at least 30 minutes.
