Any simple recipes for chicken and penne pasta?

We Answered:

Hmm, well I don't usually use chicken in pasta (largely because I love potatoes!), but you could do a pasta bake? Basically cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it with some garlic (and chilli perhaps). Then put it into an oven proof dish with some pasta, your broccoli, tomatoes (remember to add a teaspoon of sugar), and some basil (and mixed herbs). Top it with grated cheese and bake it...

Recipes for Bow Tie Pasta and Penne Pasta?

We Answered:

as the bow-tie pasta aka farfalle, is still pasta, you can make any sauce and top it to your pasta and it'll be fine. as they say, anything you put over rice, you can put over mash and pasta.
also, if the pasta was home-made pasta (although i think the ones you had were commercial), the taste will different per color as green is usually for spinach or red/orange is for tomato or red peppers

here's something cold for your penne rigate and chicken.

penne rigate
cooked chicken, shredded
fresh julienned (slice really thin) red and green bell peppers (yellow and orange once wouldn't hurt too.)
salt and pepper
mayonnaise

mix well and serve.

Why not chop up your veggies, mix them with a bit of olive oil and garlic and then roast them in the oven until chargrilled. Then add these to your pasta, with enough olive oil to coat your pasta. Salt and lots of black pepper. I'll have some when you've made it, if you don't mind yummm!
