Brown the shrimp and scallops in olive oil in skillet. Remove when done. Add dry white wine to the pan (which is still over the heat) to deglaze. Let it simmer a bit and add some garlic (to your liking) and maybe some shallot . Pour some heavy cream in the pan (or if you don't have that, use sour cream) and let it cook down a bit if using heavy cream. The sour cream won't need to be cooked down. Put in a nice handful of freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese, stir until cheese melts. Pour over pasta, add shrimp and scallops and stir in. This is quite yummy.
