What can I use as a substitute for horseradish in a recipe? We Answered:
I can't stand horseradish, either. Try substituting it for a distinctive spice or seasoning you'd prefer. Personally, I'd try some celeryseed for a new twist.Andre Said:
how do i pull ramen a recipe like this off?We Answered:
Use a little oil to saute the broccoli, red pepper, celery, and cauliflower. Why not add a little garlic and onion as well. They'll add some flavor to it.Cook salmon on the side.
Add noodles and broth to the sauted veggies. Add some spices that you like to it. You could try some soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. Heat it up and add the salmon.
It all really depends on your seasoning. Add ones that you like.
You could try boiling the noodles in water without adding the seasoning. Then add the seasoning to the veggies. Once the veggies are coated, then add the noodles (but drain the noodles from the plain water first so that the meal won't be watery).

Cajun style
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1 1/4 lb. red snapper fillets
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Parsley sprigs, optional
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
In a large plastic bag, combine minced parsley, tarragon, salt and cayenne pepper until blended; set aside.
Rinse fish under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Using a pastry brush, brush both sides of fillets with oil. Place fish in seasonings in bag. Seal and shake until fillets are coated. Place fillets in baking dish, tucking thin ends under for even thickness.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until thickest portion flakes easily with a fork (do not overbake).
Transfer fillets to a serving platter. Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired. Serve with rice and corn-on-the-cob.
Using a ruler, measure height of fish at the thickest part to determine baking time. Allow about 10 minutes for each inch of thickness. Makes 4 servings.
