I presume you mean shrimp c.o.c.k.t.a.i.l. Here's one:1/2 C. Frozen, Cooked c.o.c.k.t.a.i.l Shrimp, thawed and rinsed
1/2 C. c.o.c.k.t.a.i.lSauce (see below)
1 TBS. Diced Avocado
1 TBS. Onion minced
1 Tsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Squeeze of Key Lime Juice
Shrimp c.o.c.k.t.a.i.l Sauce:
1 C. Good Quality Catsup
¼ C. Canned or Bottled Orange Soda
Juice of 1/2 Key Lime
Mix sauce ingredients and allow to rest while preparing shrimp.
Wash shrimp thoroughly to remove stray legs and salt. Drain and chill. Place chilled shrimp in parfait glass. Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with a little avocado, onion, and the chopped cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice over all.
In Mexico, a small amount of green Habanero sauce or Salsa de Chile de Arbol is splashed on top. Best served with crispy soda crackers.

Ingredients
* 1 c Oil, olive
* 1/4 c Lime juice
* 1/8 ts Sugar, granulated
* 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
* 1 ts Hot pepper sauce
* 1 md Onions; grated
* Salt
* Pepper, black
* 1 1/2 lb Shrimp; med or jumbo, cooked
Preparation
Mix the oil, lime juice, sugar, worcestershire suace, hot pepper sauce, onion, salt and freshly ground pepper together, beating with a fork to mix thoroughly. Toss the shrimp with the sauce and serve cold as a frist course.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 4 ounces shrimp, 2/3 cup broth mixture, 2 tablespoons avocado, and 1 lime wedge)
Ingredients
* 2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
* 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
* 1 sprig fresh oregano
* 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined medium shrimp
* 1 cup ice
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 2 teaspoons Mexican-style hot sauce
* 1 cup diced onion
* 1 cup chopped seeded tomato
* 1 cup chopped peeled English cucumber
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
* 3/4 cup diced peeled avocado
* 6 lime wedges
Preparation
Combine broth, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and oregano in a large saucepan; bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes. Discard oregano. Add shrimp to pan; cook 3 minutes or until done.
Transfer shrimp mixture to a large bowl. Stir in ice, tomato juice, and hot sauce. Let stand 1 minute or until ice melts. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup lime juice, onion, tomato, cucumber, pepper, and salt. Cool. Cover and chill.
Stir in cilantro. Divide shrimp mixture evenly among 6 bowls; top with avocado. Garnish with lime wedges.

Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce Copyright, 2004, Ina Garten1 lemon
Kosher salt
2 pounds large shrimp in the shell (about 30)
1/2 cup chili sauce (recommended: Heinz)
1/2 cup ketchup (recommended: Heinz)
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
Cut the lemon in half and add it to a large pot of boiling salted water. Add the shrimp and cook, uncovered, for only 3 minutes, until the shrimp are just cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl of cool water. When the shrimp are cool enough to handle, peel and devein them. Keep cold until ready to serve.
For the cocktail sauce, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Serve with the shrimp.

Cocktail Sauce Without Horseradish1/2 cups ketchup
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix everything together and chill for at least one hour before serving if desired.
If you like lots of lemon juice you can add another teaspoon for more zip.
