Here is one. Just add the shrimp you have at the very end to warm.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

|
Ingredients:

1 package (8 ounce size) linguine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
salt to taste
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine, and cook for 9 to 13 minutes or until al dente; drain. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and saute garlic about 1 minute. Mix in chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Reduce heat, and simmer until liquid is reduced by about 1/2. Mix shrimp, butter, parsley, and basil into the saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is opaque. Stir in the cooked linguine, and continue cooking 2 minutes, until well coated.

does anyone have a tasty recipe using frozen cooked shrimp.?

We Answered:

10 MINUTE SHRIMP

1 lb. medium shrimp, pre-cooked, frozen
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon (or more to taste) Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Frank's Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Do not thaw shrimp. Place shrimp in a microwave-proof bowl (if using fresh garlic, add now) and microwave on high setting for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are steaming hot. Drain liquid.

While shrimp are hot, add butter, hot sauce, (lemon and parsley, if using) and remaining seasonings. Return to microwave for 10 seconds, or until butter has melted.

Serving Suggestion: Serve garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkled with Morton's Hot Salt.
