That is probably his signature recipe and no, he won't share it. But at a guess the cream sauce probably has crab and tomato in basic white sauce with herbs. Anyone's guess what the herbs are. You would just have to experiment to see which make it taste best. Tarragon, chives, basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, would alll go good with the ingredients you mention.
