I am looking for an easy recipe for a cold dip for shrimp? We Answered:
Sorry this doesn't have pineapple, but it's really awesome. It's a knock-off of a great dip we had at an upscale restaurant that came with Mexican grilled prawns.1 jar of your favorite salsa
A good heaping spoonful of raw (not creamy) horseradish
Zest of 1 lime, juice of 2 limes
Fresh chopped cilantro
Just combine and refrigerate to blend the flavors. I don't think we'll ever go back to 'normal' shrimp sauce ever again.
