Ingredients

4-5 choice beef steaks
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
1. Blend all ingredients, pour over steaks.
2. Marinate 3 hours, turning frequently.
3. Grill to your liking.

STEAK MARINADE
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Molasses
2 Large onions chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ Cup Gravy Master
1 Tsp. MSG
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Put steak in a large zip lock bag. Pour in marinade and put in refrigerator, move meat around in marinade every day.
2 days for steaks under 1” thick
3 to 4 days for steaks 1” to 1 ½”
4 to 5 days for steaks over 1 ½”
Do not marinade for more than 5 days.

Note: Keep bag in coldest part of refrigerator.

Note: Do not remove any marinade that sticks to steak, it will make a very nice crust.

Try this one it goes great with beef tenderloin or steak .

Mushroom Blue Cheese Sauce

1/2 c. butter , cubed
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic , minced
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. worcestershire
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
4 green onions , chopped
In a sauce pan , melt butter . Add mushrooms and garlic; saute until tender. Add the cheese , worcestershire and caraway ; cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted .Stir in onions and heat through . Serve over your beef .
