I can't grill outside due to fire restrictions in my area, anyone have good steak recipe for indoor cooking?

We Answered:

Rub steak with garlic, pepper and salt, fry both sides in a pan only flipping once. Let it rest or if u like it med well put in a hot oven for another 3-5 min. Slice into thin slices, and either make a thai beef salad with that or roll it up with veggies in tortilla wrappers. Theres so much you can do with that... or just eat it with a plain potato!

whats a SIMPLE grill recipe for chicken or steak?

We Answered:

For either steak or boneless chicken breasts we like to rub lightly with olive oil (or spray lightly with Pam for Grilling) then season with a little salt and fresh ground pepper and grill over a direct-medium fire (350°F to 375°F) on a covered grill (recommended by many grilling recipes).

We also like to grill boneless chicken breast and steak at the same time and use the grilled leftovers on a nice salad later in the week. To do this we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Just enter the details about your grill (gas or charcoal) the thickness of each chicken breast and steak and the doneness you want for each steak. It will give you instructions for when to put on and turn each item so that everything comes off the grill at the same time, nice and juicy and cooked the way you want it.

If we're grilling chicken parts on the bone, or a whole chicken we'll sometimes use a favorite store seasoning (like Durn Good seasoning), and grill over an indirect fire.

Hope this helps.

I need a shoulder blade steak recipe ,anyone know a good and simple one ?

We Answered:

Chop up medium onion and fry in skillet with olive oil till wilted slightly, about 3 - 5 minutes. Add thyme, and 2 cloves of chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute. Add steak to pan, then, add 2 28 oz jars of whole tomatoes. Stir. Cook for 2 1/2 hours on low medium heat. Check and stir every 30 minutes or so, do not let juices boil, but, keep at a light simmer. Serve over rice, or, noodles.

Recipe to grill Flank steak?

We Answered:

If you are trying to make fajitas from it, they sell a marinade for the meat. You keep the flank steak in it overnight. The next day take the steak and put it into a large frying pan. You add about 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and cook it over medium heat. As the steak cooks I start making slits with a knife on top of the meat just to help cook it better. When the meat is done cut it into fajita sized slices. Serve on a soft tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Very good.!!

A good recipe or idea for steak on the grill?

We Answered:

After tenderizing, I do Jack Daniels and A1 with a lil creole for a marinade. Let that sit for about 30 min.
Pour the left over marinade on the steak as you grill, to bring the flames up, gives you a nice "crust" on the steak. Cook to medium. Enjoy.

If you wana skip the JD; Worcestershire, A1 and Creole make a great flavored marinade.
