Why not try pork stroganoff with mustard mash? fry off the pork until browned and place in an overproof dish along with sliced mushrooms and enough stock to fill dish half way. Cook in a moderate oven. Once the meat is tender stir in cream and cook for a futher 5mins. Boil and mash the potatoes in the usual way and add a tablespoon of wholegrain mustard. Serve with veg & enjoy!
