Mitchell Said:

how do i get marinade to properly marinade also could use some good pork ,beef ,steak marinades?

We Answered:

How to get it to properly marinade? If it's touching the meat, it's marinating. I usually use a zipper bag (double, actually, in case there's a leak) and remove as much air as possible, which causes the marinade to coat more surfaces at once.

I like good ol' Good Seasons, mixed according to pkg. directions, to marinate chicken breasts in before baking in a slow oven.

** Steak & Ale's Meat Meat Marinade **

for steaks or chicken

1 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Dry White Wine
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic, minced fine

Simply mix all together. You can let the meat sit in here for up to 24 hours. Grill or pan-fry the meat of your choice. Add a little bit of butter to the pan if you are going to cook it in a skillet.
