* Serve it with a whole lot of rice to absorb some of that spiciness.* Add in some more shredded rotisserie chicken, if there is a market nearby where you can pick one up.
* Add a can of tomatoes to dilute the spiciness.
* Melt in some cheese.
* Add some potatoes, if you have time before serving to cook them.
* Serve with a dallop of sour cream, creme fraiche, or plain yogurt on top to mute some of the heat.

This is the easiest way I know,Peel a couple of baking potatoes and leave them whole then when you reheat your soup place them in it ,take them out when you are done heating it and taste your soup you may have to add some seasoning.Tracey Said:

INGREDIENTS:2 - 3 chicken thighs, cut
3 large potatoes, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1 onion
2 cups of water (or enough to submerge the chicken and vegetables)
Spring onions for garnish
For the Sauce:
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons hot pepper paste (gochujang)
1 teaspoon red chili powder (to taste)
1 tablespoon sugar
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Prepare the potatoes, carrots, and onions and place them into a large boiling pot].
Wash the chicken thighs and cut them into pieces(unless you prefer an entire thigh, up to you).
Put the chicken thighs into your vegetable pot and pour enough water to submerge all ingredients Turn the fire to medium heat and wait for it to boil.
Get a medium size bowl and mix all of the sauce ingredients until there are no more lumps.
When the chicken starts to boil, pour in the sauce and stir well
When it starts to boil again, cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes (stirring occasionally).
When the soup is done, garnish with chopped spring onions.

Spicy African Chicken and Potato StewMakes 4 to 6 servings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 pounds chicken thighs
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
3 to 4 long green chiles, seeded and slivered
½ to 1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder, preferably Madras
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
2 large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
1 bay leaf
1/3 to ½ cup water
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet or Dutch oven and brown the chicken thighs over moderate heat, turning to brown evenly on all sides. While the chicken is browning, add the onion, ginger and chiles, stirring them to saute. When the chicken is browned, sprinkle it with about one-half teaspoon of the salt and the black pepper, curry powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Add the potatoes and turn them briefly in the pot. Add the bay leaf and water, bring to a simmer; then cover and cook over low heat for about one hour, until the chicken and potatoes are tender. Uncover, and if the sauce is too liquid, cook it down rapidly. Remove the bay leaf. Taste for salt and adjust the seasonings, if necessary.

No, the boosts do not stack. Whatever received the highest boost will yield the highest boost. For example, you drink a Greenman's ale (m), which gives a +2 boost to herblore. You then drink a regular Greenman's ale, which gives a +1 boost to herblore. You will still only have that +2 boost from the Greenman's ale (m). The bonuses will not add together.
