We Answered:No, don't eat it. Throw it out....it'll be contaminated with bacteria and you'll have a real good chance to getting sick even after cooking.
Francisco Said:Can you mix ground turkey with extra lean ground beef to make turkey burgers?
We Answered:I often substitute ground turkey for part or all of the ground beef in a recipe. Ground turkey can be a little more bland, so I do add some more spices. This is how I make turkey burgers for my family. You can use all turkey for this or half turkey and half ground beef:
Grilled Turkey Burgers
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
½ onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients together and divide into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty and grill until done. These can be prepped a few hours ahead, layered in between wax paper, and refrigerated until needed
