I want to cook a 2 lb turkey breast in the crockpot with dressing. Need a recipe & cook hours? We Answered:
Use the oven for dressing.Using the crock pot is easy just put a large thing 24 oz of turkey gravy and 16 oz or 2 cans of chicken broth (mixed together) where the liquid is more viscous. Add 1 stalk of celery sliced, 1/6 purple or white onion (fine chop)(Carrots optional). , add Celery seed, sage, salt, pepper, paparika
Place Breast in pot cover with liquid and cook on low in crock pot about 11 hours adding additional liquid as needed to cover breast. Bone in retains a better flavor and more juice but boneless is easier to deal with in the crock pot. Remember to keep it covered in the sauce or it will dry out.
This is no recipe I pulled out of a book but I have used it and like it alot. Good luck
Add: Crock pot times vary check at low after 8 hours with a thermometer.

Best recipe for ground turkey breast? We Answered:
I found this recipe online, tried it, and although it was good, it was "missing something". I think the next time I make it I will add a dash of cayenne, just to jazz it up a bit.Turkey Marsala Casserole
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 20 ounce package of ground turkey breast
• 1 T olive oil
• Salt and pepper (don’t be shy here)
• 16 ounce box elbow macaroni
• 14 ounce can beef broth
• ¾ cup Marsala wine
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup water
• 4 ounce jar of roasted red peppers, chopped
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preheat the oven to 375
Boil the macaroni in plenty of boiling water, to package instructions, but leaving a little on the “al dente†firm side. Drain.
Meanwhile, brown the meat, onions and garlic in oil, with salt and pepper, until meat is cooked and onion is tender. Drain.
Bring beef broth and Marsala wine to a boil. Mix flour and water together and add slowly to liquid, whisking and returning to a boil after each time you add some. You want to thicken the mixture to a consistency of gravy.
Mix the meat mixture, the broth, the macaroni, the peppers, ½ cup of the cheese together. Load into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and put into the preheated oven for an hour.
Remove cover, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and heat for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Stuffed Turkey Breast
1 (12 ounce) package herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix
2 skinless boneless turkey breasts
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (8 ounce) packages dried, sweetened cranberries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup pecan halves (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
With a sharp knife, butterfly breasts open to lay flat. Place each breast between two sheets of waxed paper, and flatten with a mallet. Spread the prepared stuffing to within 1/4 inch of the edge of each breast. Sprinkle each one with chopped pecans (if using) and dried cranberries, reserving some of the cranberries for garnish. Roll up tightly in a jellyroll style, starting with the long end. Tuck in ends, and tie in sections with string, about 4 sections around the middle and one running the length of the roll to secure the ends.
Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully brown rolls on all sides.
Place skillet in oven, uncovered. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature is at 170 degrees F (78 degrees C) when taken with a meat thermometer. Do not let these get overly dry.
Allow rolls to set for 15 minutes before removing string, and slicing into 1/2 to 3/4 inch circles. Stuffing will be spiraled into meat. Garnish by sprinkling with the reserved dried cranberries.
