Tofurky makes fabulous meatless "meat". I think they do the best job. I especially like their spicy Italina saugage. My husband, who is usually a total carnivore, loves it on pasta with marinara sauce and grated romano. I also like Smart Dogs hot dogs. I think they're better than St. Ives brand.Dale Said:

try tofu "fillets"its like a chicken fillet, but from tofu. then flavour it in any of the following combos : chilli n lime; lemon; etc.... whatever floats your boat.
my favourite combo is; rosemary, onions, garlic and black / chitaki mushrooms... then do a broth/ mint sauce and yoghurt
